Key Gold Holdings Inc. Announces Final Amount Raised Regarding the Closing of its Non-Brokered Private Placement of Flow-Through

Key Gold Holding Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KGH) hereby wishes to
disclose and correct the closing amount it announced in its December 31st, 2010
press release. A such, the Company raised proceeds of $642,990 consisting in
3,572,167 common shares issued at $0.18, rather than $525,000 as previously
mentioned. The Company hereby offers its apologies to all investors.
