Key Gold Holding Completes Acquisition of Lac Musset Copper Property

Key Gold Holding Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KGH) ("Key Gold") is pleased to announce that
the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the previously announced acquisition of
the Lac Musset Copper property from arm's length vendors (see news release of
September 1, 2010).


Key Gold issued 2, 250,000 common shares and made cash payments totalling
$30,000 to the Vendors for the Lac Musset Copper property. A finder's fee of
300,000 common shares of Key Gold was paid to Ansacha Capital Inc. on this
transaction.
