Key Gold Holding Appoints Mr. Rick G. Bonner P.Geo to the Board of Directors and Retains Geologica Groupe-Conseil Inc.

Key Gold Holding Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KGH) ("Key Gold") announces that it has
retained Geologica Groupe-Conseil Inc., a geological consulting firm based in
Val d'Or to prepare a NI 43-101 compliant report for the Souart gold property.
The report will make recommendations for advancing the project and propose a
plan for the next phase of exploration. The Souart gold property, recently
acquired from Glen Eagle Resources Inc, subject to the TSXV Venture Exchange
(the "TSXV") final approval, is strategically located in the Urban-Barry
greenstone belt near Lebel-sur-Quevillon in the Province of Quebec.


Key Gold is also pleased to announce the appointment, subject to regulatory and
TSXV approval, of Mr. Rick G. Bonner, B. Sc., P. Geol., to the Corporation's
Board of Directors; additionally, we regretfully announce the resignations of
Mr. Robert Leckie and Mr. Douglas H. Bache from the Board for personal reasons.


Mr. Bonner has over 25 years of experience in the exploration industry, and was
part of the Management of several mining issuers, including Diavik Diamond Mines
Inc. and BHP Minerals International Exploration Inc. From 2007 to the present,
Mr. Bonner has been a consultant to the industry through RUW Exploration Limited
2007, for gold and other metals projects in North America and Africa. He
currently sits on the board of Delta Uranium Inc. and is also a Qualified Person
as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
