Asantae announces name change to Avidus Management Group Inc.

VANCOUVER, BC and MESA, AZ, May 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Asantae Holdings International Inc. ("Asantae" or the "Company") (TSX-V: JVA) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated May 22, 2013, the Company's name will change from "Asantae Holdings International Inc." to "Avidus Management Group Inc." effective May 31, 2013.

Accordingly, at the opening of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Friday, May 31, 2013, the Company will commence trading under its new name and the trading symbol for the Company will change from "JVA" to "AVD".  The new CUSIP number will be 053677100 and the new ISIN number will be CA 0536771003.  The share capital of the Company remains unchanged.
