Jetcom Delays Annual Meeting

  Jetcom Inc. (the "Company" or "Jetcom")(TSX VENTURE: JTM)(FRANKFURT: YGH)(XETRA: YGH), would like to announce that it will be delaying its annual general meeting originally scheduled September 30, 2008 until further notice.

The Company is continuing its application with respect its change of business transaction subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including but not limited to, Exchange acceptance, disinterested shareholder approval and any other necessary regulatory approvals. The transaction cannot close until the required shareholder approval is obtained. There can be no assurance that the transaction will be completed as proposed or at all.

Investors are cautioned that, except as disclosed in the Management Information Circular or Filing Statement to be prepared in connection with the transaction, any information released or received with respect to the change of business may not be accurate or complete and should not be relied upon.
