Jetcom Closes $150,000 Private Placement

   Jetcom Inc. (TSX VENTURE: JTM), is pleased to announce that it has closed a private placement of 3,000,000 units for gross proceeds of $150,000 to an arm's length placee. Each unit is comprised of one common share at $0.05 and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.15 for 3 years from the date of closing. The common shares and warrants and common shares underlying the warrants are subject to a four month hold period. The proceeds will be used for working capital purposes at the discretion of the board of Jetcom.

Jetcom Inc. has 45,337,400 outstanding common shares.
