Jasper Announces Voting Results from Election of Directors

CALGARY, Dec. 14, 2017 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation ("Jasper") (TSX-V:JSP) announces that at its special and annual meeting of shareholders held on December 12, 2017, each of the four nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated November 7, 2017, were elected as directors.  34.52% of the shareholders of Jasper voted in person or by proxy at the meeting.  The detailed results of the vote for the directors of Jasper as cast at the meeting are set out as follows:
