Jaguar Provides an Update on the Filing of 2019 Year-End Disclosure

”) Blanket Order 51-517 Temporary Exemption from Certain Corporate Finance Requirements (the “

ASC Order

”) to file its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019 and the accompanying management’s discussion and analysis under National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“

NI 51-102

”), CEO and CFO certifications under National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers’ Annual and Interim Filings, and statement of reserves data and other information under National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities (collectively, the “

Year-end Disclosure

”) after April 30, 2020.

The Company’s management and other insiders are subject to an insider trading black-out policy that reflects the principles in section 9 of National Policy 11-207 Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions.
