Jourdan Increases Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project by Claim Staking

    by 520% in order to cover the extensions of the phosphate mineralized
    horizons

--  Mineralization appears to trend north-northeast to south-southwest and
    new claims follow this trend for more than 16 km



JOURDAN RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:JOR) ("JOURDAN" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce it has, through staking, increased the size of the Dissimieux Lake
Phosphate Project ("Dissimieux") from 8.30 km2 to 51.50 km2. JOURDAN has
received the Ministere des ressources naturelles et de la faune Quebec claim
registration certificates for 40 claims totalling 43.20 km2 that are contiguous
to the JOURDAN's original Dissimieux claim block.


The recently staked 40 claim unit is all tied to previously identified
mineralization and interpretations of geology and geophysics. The mineralized
zones, historically discovered at Dissimieux by JOURDAN's former President and
CEO, and current Director, Emilien Seguin, were identified on surface for
approximately 4 km along strike in three parallel zones. Work continues to trace
these zones along strike to the north-northeast and south-southwest onto the
recently staked 40 claim unit with initial assays results to be released in the
near future.
