JOURDAN Appoints Michael Dehn as President, CEO and Director

JOURDAN RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:JOR) ("JOURDAN" or the "Company")
(www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce it has appointed Mr. Michael Dehn as
President, CEO, and Director of the Company. He will be responsible for guiding
the Company towards rapid development and eventual production of Jourdan's
Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property.


In previous roles with other mining and exploration companies, Mr. Dehn has been
instrumental in their positioning for both strategic and operational successes.
He has proven himself a trusted industry advisor - introducing unique investor
groups often outside the mining arena to new opportunities in the mining and
exploration space.


Mr. Dehn has over 19 years of experience in exploration, marketing and business
development. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Earth Science from The University of
Waterloo. Mr. Dehn has spent most of his career to date at Goldcorp Inc. where
he worked on marketing their High Grade Zone discovery, Goldcorp Challenge, as
well as grass roots exploration projects advancement, joint ventures and
marketing. He currently is a partner in the privately held Avanti Management &
Consulting Limited, Head of Technology and Business Development at Argex Mining
Inc., and is an independent Director for Hy Lake Gold, Metalore Resources, and
Orex Exploration.


JOURDAN would like to thank Emilien Seguin, who is stepping down as President
and CEO but will continue on as a director of the Company, for his time, energy
and experience in guiding JOURDAN. JOURDAN would also like to thank Florent
Baril, who is resigning as a director to accommodate the addition of Mr. Dehn to
the Board, for his contributions to the Company.
