Jiulian Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Jiulian Resources Inc. ("Jiulian") (TSX VENTURE:JLR) announces that it has
appointed Jin Zhou as its Chief Financial Officer.


On July 1, 2011, Jiulian appointed Jin Zhou as Chief Financial Officer to
replace James Zhang who, due to commitments in other business matters, resigned
on the same date. Jiulian and its board of directors wish to thank Mr. Zhang for
his time and diligent work over the years and wish him the best in his future
endeavours.


Ms. Jin Zhou has over fifteen years' financial experience with public and
private companies. Over the last fifteen years, Ms. Zhou has served as CFO,
controller and business consultant in mining and other industries. Ms. Zhou
holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is currently a member of the Certified
General Accountants Association of Canada, a member of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of China, and a Certified SAP Consultant
specializing in financial and cost accounting.
