Talware Networx Inc.: Press Release

Talware Networx Inc. ("Talware") (TSX VENTURE:JBS) announces that two new
members have been appointed to the board and that each of the current members of
Talware's board of directors (the "Board") has resigned. The new Board will
consist of Alpha Pang and John Cerenzia.


Each new member of the Board has had considerable experience working with junior
companies at various stages of development. Each also brings experience in
dealing with junior mining companies, the new business direction which Talware
is looking to pursue.


Alpha Pang has various business experiences from mid 1980s. He was involved with
import/export business, real estate brokerage services, providing business
consultation services for start-up companies including restructuring to merge
with public listed companies. Mr. Pang is also a director of other public
companies on both Canadian and U.S. exchanges, including YSV Ventures Inc.,
Renforth Resources Inc. and Angstrom Microsystems Corp., of which he is the
Secretary/Treasurer.


John Cerenzia has experience with small capitalization companies and junior
resource issuers. He is a former director of Helix Ventures Inc., an oil and gas
development and exploration company with properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
He is also a former director of YSV Ventures Inc., a mineral exploration company
in Ontario and of Richview Resources Inc., a TSX-listed company with mineral
exploration and development properties in Northern Ontario. Mr. Cerenzia
currently serves as director of Simberi Mining and Kent Exploration Inc., both
are mineral exploration companies. He has served as a consultant to other public
companies. Mr. Cerenzia was employed for 32 years as a Systems Business Analyst
with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.


Talware's common shares will remain halted from trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange pending finalization of the Ontario Securities Commission's review of
the Company's recent submission regarding certain continuous disclosure filings.
