Talware Networx Inc.: Press Release

Talware Networx Inc. ("Talware") (TSX VENTURE:JBS) announces that both Alan
Rootenberg and Paul Vorvis have tendered their resignations as officers of
Talware effective March 31, 2008. Mr. Vorvis most recently served as interim
President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Rootenberg most recently served as
interim Chief Financial Officer. As previously announced, Paul Pathak has been
appointed President of Talware.


Talware's common shares will remain halted from trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange pending clarification from the Ontario Securities Commission (the
"OSC") with respect to the OSC's review of the Company's recent submission
regarding certain continuous disclosure filings.
