VANCOUVER, June 3, 2014 Mr. Leif Smither reports that, for personal reasons, Paul Zdebiak has resigned as President and Director of the Corporation.  The board of directors would like to thank Mr. Zdebiak for his dedicated service over the past years.

Mr. Leif Smither, an existing and founding director, has agreed to take on the responsibilities of the Presidency.
