Marketwired Canada

Invenio Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IVO) ("Invenio" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that it has sold its share of the Kings Canyon Project (the
"Project") located in Utah.

Further to Invenio's news release dated February 9, 2012 in which Invenio
announced that it had restructured a 2006 option agreement between Invenio and
Palladon Ventures Ltd. ("Palladon") on the Project, Invenio and Palladon have
closed a transaction giving Geomark Exploration Ltd. control over 100% of the
Project. Geomark has paid each of Invenio and Palladon $162,500 and assumed the
existing option Invenio had with Crown Resources Ltd. (an indirect, wholly owned
subsidiary of Kinross Gold Corporation) and acquired a 100% interest in claims
surrounding the Crown Resources land.
