iSIGN Media Announces the Appointment of a New Director

iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD) announced
today that it has appointed Ms. Rose Costa to its Board of Directors.


Ms. Costa has over ten years of successful marketing and sales experience at a
senior level. She brings to iSIGN senior level knowledge and experience in media
broadcast marketing.


Ms. Costa comes to iSIGN from Bell Media - CTV, where for the past five years
she was employed as a Broadcast Media Marketer. Her responsibilities included
managing media buying sales with media planning agencies; maintaining client
relationships with direct local and national advertisers; preparation of sales
proposals that unitized digital, radio and television platforms and managing
direct clients' media strategies with targeted media communications and creative
services.


Prior to her employment with Bell Media - CTV, Ms. Costa was employed by Thomson
Reuters and Corporatek Products Group in senior positions for five years.


Ms. Costa is a graduate of the Richmond College of Law with a designation in law
studies and is a Certified Radio Advisor and Radio Marketer with the Radio
Marketing Bureau.


iSIGN's board now consists of Alex Romanov, Anthony DeCristofaro, Michael Minor,
Robert Stikeman, Simon Meredith and Rose Costa.
