iSIGN Media Announces a Warrant Extension

TORONTO, Sept. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile proximity advertising solutions, announced that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the exercise date for the 1,000,000 outstanding warrants issued October 8, 2015 in conjunction with a private placement.

The 1,000,000 warrants due to expire on October 8, 2018 will be extended to October 8, 2019. There is no change to the original warrant exercise price of $0.225.
