   iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ISD) wishes to advise that there has been no material change to the Company since its last press releases of June 24 and 27, 2011 concerning our Letter of Intent with Pinpoint Media Group Inc. ("Pinpoint") and that the Company has issued press releases on all material events.

In the Company's opinion, the planned Pinpoint acquisition is very accretive to iSIGN both financially and in user metrics. The Company expects that this platform will set the benchmark for the convergence of digital signage and mobile advertising.
