Iledor Appoints Marcel R. Tremblay as Director and Chairman of the Board

is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Marcel R. Tremblay as Director and
Chairman of the Board of the Corporation, effective immediately. 


Holder of a Master's degree in accounting science combined to a career as a
professional and businessman for more than 30 years to which was added a
commitment in federal politics as Progressive Conservative member from 1988 to
1993, Mr. Tremblay will bring stature and depth to the Board of Directors of the
Corporation. As founder of Marcel R. Tremblay Group Inc., a corporation
specialized in business development, corporate mergers and acquisitions and
private financing, including several mandates in the mining sector, Mr.
Tremblay's exceptional expertise will benefit the Corporation in the
accomplishment of future projects. 


This nomination is part of the consolidation plan of the Board of Directors and
