Innovative Composites to Hold Third Quarter 2012 Results Conference Call on August 29, 2012

 ICI also wishes to provide a clarification regarding its recently  received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to  extend the term of certain share purchase warrants (the "Warrants").   On May 11, 2012, ICI announced Exchange approval to extend the term of  2,043,245 Warrants, which were set to expire on June 17, 2012, by six  (6) months.  The number of Warrants affected by the term extension has  been revised upwards to 2,080,745.  All other information regarding the  Warrants previously released by the Company remains the same.
