Ithaca Energy Inc.: Director's Dealing

Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IAE)(AIM:IAE) has been notified that on
September 21, 2011, Frank Wormsbecker, a director of the Company, acquired
20,000 common shares in the Company at a price of C$1.81 per common share. 


Following this transaction, Frank Wormsbecker's total revised beneficial holding
in the Company is 200,000 common shares, representing approximately 0.08 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
