Hyduke Energy Services Inc. Announces Suspension of Trading and Departure of Directors

MEDICINE HAT, AB, May 14, 2020 /CNW/ - Hyduke Energy Services Inc. ("Hyduke" or the "Company") announces that, effective May 6, 2020, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has suspended trading in the Company's securities as a result of a Cease Trade Order ("CTO") issued by the Alberta Securities Commission. Reinstatement to trading can occur only when the CTO is revoked and the TSXV has concluded its reinstatement review to ensure the Company has satisfactorily complied with TSXV requirements.

Hyduke also announces that, effective May 4, 2020, Willi Hamm, Keith Harradence and Vahan Kololian have resigned as directors of Hyduke. The Company wishes to thank Messrs. Hamm, Harradence and Kololian for their service to the Company.
