Hudson Announces Grants of Options and Corporate Update

HUDSON RESOURCES INC. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HUD)(OTCQX:HUDRF) announces
that following the Company's annual compensation review which includes the
granting of options, the board of director's has approved the granting of a
total of 2,225,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and employees
of the Company, as per the terms of the stock option plan. The options are
exercisable at $0.36 per share, being the closing price of the Company's shares
on the TSX Venture Exchange, and have a term of five years, subject to the
policies of the TSXV. 


On June 6, 2011, Hudson announced that it had retained the services of Brisco
Capital Partners Corp. ("Brisco") to provide investor relations services. In
July 2012, it was mutually agreed between the Company and Brisco to terminate
the agreement.
