Hudson River Minerals Ltd.: Corporate Update

Hudson River Minerals Ltd. ("Hudson River" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HRM)
announces the resignation of Brian Prill as Corporate Secretary and Director of
the Company. The Company wishes him well in his future endeavours. The role of
Corporate Secretary will be assumed by David Jarvis who is also CFO of Hudson
River, subject to regulatory approval.
