Goldman Sachs and UBS Investment Bank announce that they are conducting an
accelerated bookbuilt offering of 7,050,125 shares of Holcim Limited ("Holcim").
The seller will enter into a lock-up agreement under which it has agreed not to
dispose of its remaining holding in Holcim for a period ending 90 days after
closing of the transaction.
