Huntington Exploration Inc. Clarifies Grant of Stock Options

C. Alan Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Huntington Exploration Inc.("HEI" or
the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HEI) announced today that that further to the
announcement of the grant of stock options on March 18, 2011, the Company wishes
to clarify that the exercise price of the options is $0.10 in accordance with
the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. 


HEI is an exploration-focused company actively pursuing opportunities in the
petroleum and natural gas business in Western Canada sedimentary basin.
