MELFORT, SK, Oct. 30, 2012 /CNW/ - Hodgins Auctioneers Inc. (TSXV: HA) ("Hodgins") announces that the board of directors and Pinto Ventures Ltd. have mutually agreed to terminate the non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire www.taxlossauction.com and associated intellectual property rights and product marketing program, previously announced on September 12, 2012.
Further to a news release dated August 24, 2012, Hodgins has determined not to proceed, at this time, with the grant of 369,000 stock options
