Georox Resources Announces Extension of Closing of Private Placement

KELOWNA, BC, July 5, 2017 /CNW/ - Georox Resources Inc. ("Georox" or the "Corporation") (GXR: TSX-V; OF6A:FRA) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved an extension of the deadline to complete the previously announced private placement of 6,428,571 units at a price of $0.07 per unit for gross cash proceeds of approximately $450,000 to August 4, 2017.
