G4G Resources Ltd. Amends Terms on Warrants

G4G Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GXG) announced today that it has amended the
terms on 2,000,000 warrants issued during its June 2009 private placement
financing. 


The expiry date of the warrants has been extended to September 30, 2011 from
their original expiry date of June 17, 2011. The exercise price of the warrants
remains unchanged at $0.30. 


Each warrant, upon exercise, entitles the holder to acquire an additional common
share of G4G Resources Ltd.
