Gold Reach Fully Vested on the Seel / Ox Property

Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GRH) ("Company") is pleased to announce
that the option agreement signed by Rupert Seel on October 11, 2005 has now been
fully exercised. All the required cash and share payments have been made. The
Company is now the sole owner of the 17,149.5 hectares property of which less
than 10% has been explored and includes the Ox Moly/copper deposit.


To date the company has made significant advancements on the Ox Lake and Seel
properties. The company has drilled in excess of a 100 drill holes and
undertaken over 100 line kilometers of IP ground geophysics on the properties.
In addition the company has completed a NI43-101 resource calculation on the Ox
Lake and in currently awaiting Wardrop Engineering's report on the Seel
copper-gold-silver- molybdenum resource.


Technical information in this news release has been reviewed by Derrick
Strickland, P.Geo., a qualified person as defined in NI 43-101.
