TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 26, 2014) - Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. (TSX-VENTURE:GRC) ("Grenville") today announced that it has granted options to acquire an aggregate of 400,000 common shares of Grenville to two directors of the company. All of the options are exercisable at a price of CDN $0.52 per common share and vest quarterly in equal tranches, with the first 25% of the options vesting on the grant date. The options have a term of 5 years and are subject in all respects to the terms of Grenville's stock option plan.
