VANCOUVER, March 5, 2018 /CNW/ - GoldMining Inc. (the "Company" or "GoldMining") (TSX-V: GOLD; OTCQX: GLDLF) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated February 22, 2018, the Company has completed its acquisition of 66.66% of the existing 4.0% net production royalty on the Company's Cachoeira Project. Under the transaction, GoldMining paid US$133,320 in cash and issued 698,161 common shares of the Company to the vendors. As a result of the transaction, the existing royalty on the Cachoeira Project has been reduced to 1.33%.
