PIEDMONT, QC, le 1er sept. 2022 /CNW Telbec/ - Exploration Goldflare inc. (TSXV : GOFL) (« Goldflare » ou « la Société ») annonce que le Conseil d'administration a approuvé l'octroi de 100 000 options d'achat d'actions à certains de ses dirigeants, administrateurs ou employés, selon les modalités du Régime d'options d'achat d'actions de la Société.
Chaque option confère à son porteur le droit d'acquérir une (1) action ordinaire de la société au prix de 0,05 $ par action ordinaire pour une période de dix (10) ans à compter du 1er Septembre 2022.
Goldflare a actuellement 78 676 383 actions émises, et le total des options octroyées à ce jour constitue moins de 10 % des actions en circulation.
Les actions ordinaires de Goldflare sont inscrites à la Bourse de croissance TSX sous le symbole « GOFL ».
