Gemini Corporation Receives TSX Venture Exchange Approval for Issuance of Common Shares

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) announces that further to its August 29,
2012 News Release, the TSX Venture Exchange has approved Gemini's issuance of
280,000 common shares to certain management employees in satisfaction of certain
compensation obligations. Such shares were issued October 3, 2012 and are
subject to a four (4) month hold period from this date. 


This transaction brings the total number of issued and outstanding common shares
of the Corporation to 35,280,274.
