Gemini Corporation Finalizes Purchase Agreement With ONYX Drafting Services LLC

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) ("Gemini") is pleased to announce that
further to its news release dated March 7, 2014 (a copy of which is available
under Gemini's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com), Gemini has completed its
acquisition of 50% of the outstanding securities of ONYX Drafting Services LLC
(the "Acquisition"). As previously announced, Gemini has also retained an
exclusive option to acquire the remaining 50% of the securities of ONYX Drafting
Services LLC. As part of the consideration for the Acquisition, Gemini issued a
total of 50,000 common shares of Gemini to the vendors at a deemed price of
$0.81 per share, representing the 10-day volume weighted average price of
Gemini's common shares prior to the announcement of the Acquisition.
