Gemini Corporation Appoints Vice President, Business Development

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Glen Roberts as Vice President, Business Development.


Mr. Roberts will be responsible for all marketing and sales efforts for the
Corporation encompassing both the Engineering and Field Services segments.
Gemini will benefit from his 25 years of experience in various roles within
exploration and production companies through to EPCM and other service providers
in the oil and gas industry. His background in strategic marketing and sales
will strengthen the Corporation's long-term business development initiatives and
provide additional leadership through the current market challenges.
