Gemini Corporation Appoints Executive Vice President

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) is pleased to announce that Mr. Robert
Brookwell will be expanding his role within the Corporation as Executive Vice
President and CFO. Over the past three years, he has been heavily involved in
strategic planning and business process development to support the Corporation's
long range plans. Gemini's Field Service operations are continuing to grow at a
rapid pace and this is where Rob will be focussing some additional time and
effort. His many years of operational experience within manufacturing will be
very helpful to the Field Services personnel as this business segment continues
to expand and mature. The market demands for additional capacity will require
process refinement and operational analysis to achieve the Corporation's
profitability expectations.
