Gemini CEO Increases Shareholdings

Gemini Corporation ("Gemini") (TSX VENTURE:GKX)

On May 27, 2009, Mr. Carl Johnson, President and CEO of Gemini, acquired
ownership and control of an aggregate of 4,947,610 common shares in the capital
of Gemini ("Common Shares"), representing approximately 14.3% of the issued and
outstanding Common Shares pursuant to the exercise of options to acquire Common
Shares at an exercise price of $0.25 per Common Share. As a result of the
transaction, Mr. Johnson now owns and controls an aggregate of 8,636,174 Common
Shares, or 24.9% of the outstanding Common Shares.


Mr. Johnson acquired the additional Common Shares for investment and strategic
purposes. He may in the future take such actions in respect of his shareholdings
in Gemini as he may deem appropriate in light of the circumstances then
existing, including the purchase of additional Common Shares or other securities
in the capital of Gemini through open-market purchases or privately negotiated
transactions, or the sale of all or a portion of his holdings in the open market
or in privately negotiated transactions to one or more purchasers, in each case
in accordance with applicable securities laws. 


Mr. Johnson has filed an Early Warning Report with the applicable securities
regulators in connection with this increase in ownership of Common Shares, and a
