Gemini Announces Executive Team Changes

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) today announced that Dr. Roderick Facey,
Gemini's Vice President, Technology Solutions will be expanding his role in the
organization by assuming the position of Vice President, Engineered Solutions.
He will be taking over this position from Mr. Paul Blaha, who has departed from
Gemini to pursue other endeavours.


Dr. Facey is a professional engineer with a doctorate degree in engineering from
the University of Alberta. He has been employed with Gemini since 2004 and has
been actively involved in the development of Gemini's client base and the
delivery of engineering services. The resurgence in oil and gas market activity
provides the opportunity for Rod to continue growing Gemini's Engineered
Solutions business unit. His training and mentoring of engineering staff as part
of Gemini's career path management initiatives also gives him a unique
perspective on the inner workings of the organization. He will continue to
oversee the Corporation's consulting and technology development efforts as well
as support the business development team in securing new clients and
opportunities.
