Global Green Announces Closing of Private Placement

June 28, 2013 - Global Green Matrix Corporation ("Global Green" or the "Company") - TSX Venture: GGX; OTCBB: GGXCF; announces that it has closed on the second tranche of its previously announced non- brokered private placement. The offering consisted of common shares in the Company offered at a price of $0.075 per share. The Company has received proceeds of $177,500 for the second tranche for total gross proceeds of $777,500.

The shares will be subject to a four month hold period from the date of closing. On receiving approval the Company may also pay a finder's fees of up to $17,750 cash to qualified finders.

The closing of the private placement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
