Gold Finder Engages Holloman Corporation

   Gold Finder Explorations Ltd. ("Gold Finder") (TSX VENTURE: GFN) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Holloman Corporation to assist the company in finding a gold project in Central Asia.

Gold Finder has retained the services of Holloman to advise the company with respect to property acquisition, engineering & construction, equipment rental, joint venturing and general corporate development.

David Greenway, President of Gold Finder, stated, "Gold Finder strives to use best-practices by retaining the best geologists, consultants, project locators and generators, and financiers. This agreement with Holloman significantly strengthens the position of Gold Finder in this undertaking."

With international operations in Australia, Southeast and Central Asia. Its primary services include plant and pipeline engineering and construction with a focus on the natural gas and water and wastewater industries. He began his career in the capital markets in 1984 and he has vast experience with public companies in a variety of roles, including directorships, executive management, and corporate development and investor relations. Mr. Blankstein has helped public and private companies to raise significant capital and seek listings on senior stock exchanges. Mr.Blankstein is President of Westwynd Capital Corp, a private investment company. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1982. Mr. Blankstein will be granted 50,000 director incentive options at an exercise price of $0.55 per share which will vest immediately.
