GFM Resources Limited: Mr. Roman Friedrich Resigns From Board

GFM Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:GFM.H) ("GFM" or "the Company") wishes to
announce that Mr. Roman Friedrich III has resigned from the Board of Directors
to pursue other interests. Mr. Friedrich served on the Company's board since
2005 and as its President from 2006 to 2010.
