Gold World Resources reports on discussions at the Annual Meeting

 TORONTO, Oct. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc.  or  (the "Company") reports that at its Annual Meeting held on September  27, 2012 future developments planned for the Company's growth were  discussed. 

 Hermann Derbuch, Chairman & CEO, stated that despite the difficult  funding climate, thanks to support from loyal fund managers, employees,  creditors and new investors, the Company was able to pay the second of  3 property payments to secure, over a 3-year period, the right to own  100 percent of the Mount Anderson Yukon Project (see press release  March 4, 2011). 

 Based on exploration results from the Mount Anderson Yukon Project  received to date, management is convinced of the quality of the project  and is determined to advance it as quickly and efficiently as funding  support allows. 

 Several opportunities were considered and are open to be pursued: 

 a) Fundraising by way of Private Placement b) Joint Venture participations on specific properties c) Merger with another company 

 The Chairman advised that he has been in contact with certain larger  shareholders and has received support for such approaches. Although no  joint venture has been signed at this stage, the Chairman expressed his  optimism that a suitable partner can be found or a merger arranged. 

 Hermann Derbuch also stated that he is looking for a CEO to succeed him  and he is confident that with shareholder support the Company will  continue to grow and prosper. Candidates are encouraged to contact the  Company.
