GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces the Renewal of its Normal Course Issuer Bid

GC-Global Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GDE.A) ("Global Capital") announces that it
has been authorized by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to make a normal course
issuer bid. Global Capital intends to purchase from time to time, if and to the
extent Global Capital considers advisable, up to a maximum 924,402 subordinate
voting shares out of the total 18,488,045 issued and outstanding on April 2,
2012. The number of shares proposed to be acquired represents approximately 5%
of the total number of the issued and outstanding subordinate voting shares. The
bid will commence on April 10, 2012 and end on April 9, 2013.


The shares will be purchased in the open market through the facilities of the
TSXV. The purchased shares are to be cancelled. All purchases are to be settled
in accordance with normal settlement procedures of the TSXV. Purchases pursuant
to the bid will be made by Canaccord Wealth Management on behalf of Global
Capital. Global Capital has a policy of maintaining a normal course issuer bid
on its subordinate voting shares. Through a normal course issuer bid during the
period April 3, 2011 to April 2, 2012 Global Capital purchased 841,900
subordinate voting shares at an average cost of $0.35.
