Great Bear Resources Ltd Announces Adjournment of Annual and Special Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia - June 13, 2013 - Great Bear Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Great Bear") (TSXV:GBR) today announced that its June 14, 2013 annual general and special meeting of shareholders has been adjourned. The meeting is adjourned while the Company completes a consolidation of the common shares of the Company on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for each five (5) pre-consolidated common shares currently held.

The adjourned meeting will be held on July 12, 2013 in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the offices of McMillan LLP, Suite 1500 - 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia at 11:30 am Pacific time.
