operations in Alberta and British Columbia, announces that in conjunction with
its previous attempt to restructure the Company under protection of the
Companies Creditor's Arrangement Act, Meyers Norris Penny Limited has been
appointed as Receiver and Manager of the Company by court Order dated December
12, 2007. The Company has since ceased operating.
