MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jun 24, 2014) - (TSX-VENTURE:GAZ.UN) Fronsac Real Estate Investment Trust ("Fronsac REIT" or "Fronsac") announced today the launch of the second phase of development of it's commercial site situated at exit 174 of Autoroute 40 in Louiseville. McDonald's Canada started construction of a 4,800 square foot restaurant.
The first phase of this development in completed and opened for business since 2013 and offers a Tim Horton's (2,800 sq.ft.) and a convenience store with gas station operated by Ultramar (3,080 sq.ft. and 10 pumps). This site is co-developed in partnership with a private real estate developer.
