NISKU, AB, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Garneau Inc. ("Garneau" or the "Corporation") (GAR.H: NEX) is pleased to announce it has sold additional assets and inventory to two separate arms length third party purchasers for aggregate consideration of $945,000.
Garneau's Board of Directors will continue in its efforts to liquidate the Corporation's remaining assets and discharge the Corporation's liabilities in order to preserve shareholder value.
