GA Capital and Looknow Extend Qualifying Transaction Deadline

GA Capital Corp. ("GA Capital") (TSX VENTURE:GAC.P), a capital pool company,
announced today that it has agreed with LookNow Ltd. ("LookNow") to an extension
to February 16, 2010 of the deadline date for completion of the proposed
Qualifying Transaction between the companies announced by GA Capital on December
15, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the proposed Qualifying Transaction
remain the same. 


Completion of the proposed Qualifying Transaction remains subject to a number of
conditions, including, but not limited to, the completion of a minimum $1.5
million private placement financing by LookNow, acceptance by the TSX Venture
Exchange and other applicable regulatory approvals. There can be no assurance
that the Qualifying Transaction will be completed as proposed or at all.
