GA Capital Corp. ("GA Capital") (TSX VENTURE: GAC.P), a capital pool company, announced today that, in accordance with the temporary relief measures announced by the TSX Venture Exchange on September 11, 2009, it has applied for and received an extension of the deadline date for the completion of its Qualifying Transaction to March 31, 2010.
